To commemorate the Maulidur Rasul and to further glorify Islamic eminence through the recitation of selawat, the Temburong District New Converts Association and the Temburong District Da'wah Branch, held the Dikir Syarafil Anam Closing Ceremony. It took place at the Multipurpose Hall of the Bumiputera Complex in Bangar Town, 18th September morning.

Present was Awang Haji Abdul Rajid bin Haji Mohd. Salleh, Director of the Islamic Da'wah Centre. The event included a tazkirah or talk titled, "Kelebihan bersholawat dan dikir syarafil anam". Besides fostering love for Prophet Muhammad Sallallahualaihi wasallam, the ceremony aimed to strengthen Islamic brotherhood and friendship among the local community, especially the new converts of Temburong District.
